Can you redesign the website I already have?
Yes. We build first websites and replace existing ones. Tell us in the brief what still works, such as your service list, contact details or photos you want to keep, and we design the new site around it.
Will a redesign hurt how I show up on Google?
A redesign can affect search visibility. Bring the existing page addresses, important service content and any search data you have to the brief. We confirm what fits the new site and flag migration work that needs separate scope. Preserve useful pages, agree redirects for changed addresses and check the contact paths before launch. Nobody can guarantee unchanged rankings.
Why are the design and build free?

When does the 2-business-day preview window begin?
It begins after the complete onboarding brief and required assets are submitted. A partial survey does not start the preview window.
Do I have to write the words myself?
No. You answer the guided brief in your own words, and we shape your supplied information into clear, polished website copy.
What am I paying for each month?
Fast managed hosting, SSL, ongoing website care and a team you can contact for support and changes. Your design and initial build are free. The service agreement sets out the routine update allowance; extra pages, larger redesigns and custom work are quoted separately before anything starts.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no fixed-term contract for this subscription. Cancellation ends future billing and the hosted service according to the published subscription terms.
How does the seven-day refund work?
You may request a 100% refund within seven calendar days of purchase. The request does not require a sales call. The complete policy and any effect on active work appear in the checkout terms.
Does this include booking, CRM, ecommerce, or automation?
No. The Essential Website is for service businesses and informational websites. It does not include an online store, product catalog, shopping cart, ecommerce checkout, digital downloads, booking, CRM, or automation.
