AI Agents for a defined business job

Give AI a clear job and keep people in control.

The right agent can answer a call, continue a written conversation, or complete a defined workflow. The product begins with the job, the customer experience, and the decisions that must remain human.

TQP defines what the agent may know, ask, decide, and do. We test the expected path and the awkward exceptions, then remain responsible for the agreed job after launch.

Three products, three different jobs

Choose the agent by where the work happens and what action should follow.

Voice, written conversation, and tool-using agents are not interchangeable. The comparison below keeps the buying decision grounded in the customer or team job.

Decision
AI Receptionist
Conversational AI System
Custom AI Agent
Channel
Inbound phone calls
Website chat and supported messaging
Approved tools, records, and workflows
Best first job
Answer calls, understand the reason, collect useful details, and move the caller to the right next step.
Answer approved questions, qualify intent, and keep a useful written conversation moving.
Complete one defined customer or team job that needs context, decisions, actions, and control.
May act
Answer, transfer, route, or book inside approved rules.
Respond, collect, qualify, route, book, or begin approved follow-up.
Use approved knowledge and connections to perform the agreed steps.
Human handoff
Sensitive, unusual, urgent, or high-value calls move to a person with context.
Complex questions and exceptions reach the right person with the conversation attached.
Exceptions, sensitive decisions, and actions outside permission stop or request approval.

Fit before features

The first question is whether the job should be delegated at all.

A trustworthy AI system narrows responsibility. It does not turn uncertainty, sensitive judgment, or an undefined process into an automation experiment.

Good fit

  • The job repeats often enough to define and test
  • The approved knowledge and next steps are clear
  • The agent can create value before a person needs to step in
  • The business will review exceptions and keep a human path

Not a fit

  • The process changes every time and cannot be explained
  • The agent would need unrestricted authority or sensitive access
  • The business expects software to replace judgment and accountability
  • There is no owner for exceptions, approvals, or customer recovery

What you are buying

Setup gets the job ready. Ongoing support keeps it dependable.

The proposal names the job, the launch work, what TQP keeps running, what your team controls, and which future changes would change the price.

Before launch

Define, connect, and test the approved job.

We document the knowledge, goals, permissions, actions, exceptions, handoffs, and acceptance criteria. Then we configure and pressure-test the experience before customers rely on it.

After launch

Monitor the agreed job and repair weak paths.

TQP reviews the documented experience, investigates failures, maintains approved connections, and improves the installed job. New jobs and material expansion are priced before work begins.

Human control is part of the product

A useful agent knows when to act, when to ask, and when to stop.

Approved knowledge

The agent answers from information the business has reviewed.

Controlled actions

Booking, routing, messaging, and tool actions stay inside explicit permissions.

Human handoff

Sensitive, unusual, or high-value moments reach the right person with context.

Exception review

Failures and edge cases become inputs for repair, not invisible customer damage.

Evidence before commitment

Review the work behind the promise.

See a confidential case study, customer excerpts, and measured results relevant to AI agent design, testing, and human handoff. Each claim is labeled so you can distinguish a review, an installation, and an attributable operating outcome.

AI agent questions

Choose with a clear view of responsibility.

Which AI agent should a service business start with?

Start with the customer or team job that repeatedly loses time, context, or opportunity. Choose AI Receptionist when the job begins on the phone, Conversational AI when it begins in web chat or messaging, and Custom AI Agent when the job requires approved tools, records, decisions, or actions beyond a standard conversation.

Is an AI agent included in the AI Business OS?

The AI Business OS includes connected software, standard automations, and AI-assisted tools for the team. It does not include an unconfigured live agent. Essential AI Receptionist and Conversational AI each include the AI Business OS within their $497 starting monthly price, so there is no second platform fee. Setup covers the business-specific job, knowledge, rules, testing, and launch.

Does an AI agent replace staff?

No. It owns the documented repetitive moments it is designed for. Staff keep judgment, sensitive conversations, relationship work, approvals, and exceptions that should remain human.

What is included after launch?

Your proposal names the agent job TQP monitors, supports, repairs, and improves. New locations, services, channels, knowledge, tools, campaigns, integrations, or unrelated workflows are priced and approved before they enter the live system.

Are calls, messages, and AI usage included?

No. Phone, SMS, email, AI, carrier, A2P, and applicable third-party consumption charges are billed separately with transparent reporting. This keeps variable usage visible rather than hiding it inside a flat subscription.
