Automation Systems

Stop relying on memory for work that should happen every time.

Choose the recurring job that costs time, opportunity, or trust when the day gets busy. TQP defines the rules, installs the path, and remains accountable for the agreed process.

This is more than turning on a feature. We build the complete path around who should receive it, what starts it, what gets sent, when your team steps in, and how the process is reviewed and improved.

Software access is not operation

Decide what your team wants to use and what TQP should keep running.

Business Software and AI Business OS provide useful tools. An operated Automation System adds a documented process and continuing TQP accountability.

Platform access

Your team uses the available tools.

  • Use standard forms, calendars, requests, pipelines, messages, and reporting available in the plan
  • Create additional pages, funnels, campaigns, or workflows when your plan allows
  • Own the strategy, audience, copy, decisions, monitoring, and changes
Explore Business Software & AI Business OS

Operated automation system

TQP remains accountable for one defined process.

  • Map and install the audience, trigger, actions, stop rules, exceptions, and handoffs
  • Monitor the agreed system, investigate failures, and repair the installed path
  • Report on activity and improve the agreed process as evidence comes in

What the engagement buys

Setup makes the process real. Ongoing support keeps it dependable.

Your proposal makes clear what TQP installs, what we keep running, what your team controls, and which future changes would change the price.

Before launch

Define, configure, and test the operating path.

TQP maps the approved audience, trigger, timing, messages, decisions, stop rules, exceptions, team alerts, and acceptance criteria before the system reaches customers.

After launch

Keep the agreed process working after launch.

TQP monitors the agreed path, investigates exceptions, repairs failures, reports on activity, and improves what is installed. New campaigns, offers, audiences, channels, or workflows require a new scope.

Evidence before commitment

Review the work behind the promise.

See a confidential case study, customer excerpts, and measured results relevant to installed automation and customer follow-up. Each claim is labeled so you can distinguish a review, an installation, and an attributable operating outcome.

Questions before scope

Clear responsibility before the first build.

What is the difference between platform access and an operated automation system?

Platform access gives your team software and standard tools it can use. An operated automation system gives one valuable process custom setup, monitoring, exception repair, reporting, and continuing improvement from TQP.

Can we start with one automation system?

Yes. That is usually the strongest starting point. Choose the process where delay, inconsistency, or staff memory causes the clearest loss, then prove the operating model before adding another system.

Does TQP become our marketing department?

No. TQP remains responsible for the installed process named in the agreement. New offers, audiences, campaigns, channels, creative work, or unrelated workflows require a new scope.

Are message and platform usage charges included?

No. Phone, SMS, MMS, email, AI, carrier, A2P, and applicable third-party usage are billed separately. The recurring system price covers the agreed TQP responsibility, not unlimited consumption.
