## A quick self-check, *right now.*

Want to spot potential issues now? Answer six quick questions about how you manage your business information.

Find the everyday habits that let old phone numbers, opening hours and addresses linger online, then see what to check first.

This self-check scores your answers. Your separate, human-reviewed report checks the published listings.

Six questions. About sixty seconds.

1. 1 When did you last look at your business on Google Maps as a customer would? Not the dashboard. The public result. Within the last month Sometime this year I genuinely cannot remember
2. 2 Has the business moved, changed its phone number, or changed its name in the last three years? Including a second number, a new suite, or a rebrand. No, all of it is unchanged One of those changed More than one changed
3. 3 Do you know who controls your Google Business Profile today? Admin access, not just the ability to reply to reviews. Yes, someone here has admin access An agency or former employee has it No idea, or we have never claimed it
4. 4 Have you ever searched your business name and found a listing you did not create? An old address, a misspelled name, a duplicate pin on the map. No, only the one I expect Yes, and it is still there I have never looked
5. 5 Do the contact details on your website match your Google profile exactly? Same phone number, same suite number, same opening hours. Yes, identical Close, but not identical I would have to check
6. 6 When your hours change for a holiday or a busy season, what happens? Think about the last long weekend. Someone updates them everywhere, reliably We update some places, eventually Nothing. They stay as they are

Nothing you select here is sent anywhere or saved. The result is worked out in your browser from your own answers.

## Six checks. *Useful next steps.*

We take the details you give us and compare them against what the supported surfaces currently publish for your business. Then we tell you where those two things disagree.

These are the listing foundations that support local rankings and discovery. The report shows what to improve; it does not measure your position for individual search terms.

- ### Where your business currently appears Which of the supported search, map, directory and app surfaces hold a record for your business today, and which hold nothing at all.
- ### What those records say The business name, address or service area, phone number and hours on each record, compared against the details you gave us.
- ### Where they disagree with you The specific mismatches. An old phone number, a previous suite, a name spelled differently, hours that were changed in one place and not another.
- ### Likely duplicates and near-matches Records that look like your business but are not quite it. These are the ones that quietly split your presence and send some customers somewhere else.
- ### Gaps worth filling Surfaces where your business does not appear yet but reasonably could, given your category and country.
- ### What needs you rather than us Anything that requires owner action, account access or platform verification before it can be corrected by anyone.

## Understand your report. *Make your next move.*

A useful starting point for better local visibility.

Your report helps you prioritise listing work. If the next step needs profile access, a wider SEO review or hands-on management, we’ll explain that clearly before you commit to anything.

- ### Your listing foundations See whether your business is present and accurate across the supported publishers. This checks the listing foundations behind local discovery; keyword positions and map-grid rankings require a separate review.
- ### A dated picture of your presence It reflects what those surfaces published on the day we ran it. Records change, publishers update on their own schedules, and a clean scan today is not a permanent state.
- ### Coverage relevant to your business It covers the supported surfaces available for your country and business category. A mention on a forum, a blog or a niche site outside that set will not appear.
- ### Clear next steps for account access Ownership, verification status and anything behind a platform account cannot be confirmed until access is in place. The scan will say where that is the case rather than guess.
- ### You choose how to act Use the findings to make corrections yourself, brief your current provider, or ask us to manage the listings. The free report creates no purchase obligation.

## Questions *before you ask.*

What you get, how the review works and what happens next.

**Is the visibility report really free?**

Yes. No card, subscription or purchase is required. We check the available public listing information and explain what we find. You can use the report to make corrections yourself, share it with your current provider or ask us about ongoing management.

**How will I receive my report?**

A person reviews your business details against the supported listing sources and follows up by email. It is not an instant automated report. For an immediate starting point, the self-check on this page scores your own answers; it does not look up your listings.

**Do I have to give you access to my Google account?**

No. The scan works from public information and the details you provide, so you do not need to share passwords or add anyone as a manager to request it. Access only becomes relevant later, and only if you decide to have us maintain the presence. At that point Google and Facebook both require you to connect your own accounts before anyone can manage them on your behalf, including us. That is their rule rather than ours and it exists to protect you. You keep ownership of your business identity throughout.

**What if the scan finds nothing wrong?**

We will tell you. Accurate listings are a good result. We can also highlight relevant coverage gaps and explain how ongoing management keeps your details consistent when hours, services or contact information change. You can use the report without buying anything.

**What do you do with my information?**

We use your business and contact details to identify the right listings, review the findings and follow up with your report. Requesting a scan does not start a paid service. Any optional messaging consent is shown separately on the form. Our privacy policy explains how we handle information and how to request access or deletion.

**We already pay someone for local SEO. Is this useful?**

It can be, as a second opinion, and you are free to take the report straight to them. One thing worth knowing first: if your listings are currently managed under contract by another listings provider, there may be records we cannot take over until that arrangement ends, and the scan may not be able to tell you everything about what they control. We will flag that if we see it. A scan showing that your current provider has your information correct everywhere is a good outcome. It means you are being looked after and you have evidence of it.
